Refund and Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your product, please email contactus@sianscooking.com within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. We will analyze the circumstances behind your dissatisfaction and shall, at our sole discretion, replace the product or issue you credit either partially or fully, or provide you with merchandise credit that can be applied to future orders or deny your complaint in its entirety.

If your product arrives damaged. You must provide photographic proof of the damage with your email. Sian’s Cooking will analyze the circumstances behind your claim for a damaged product and shall, at its sole discretion, replace the product or issue you credit either partially or fully, or provide you with merchandise credit that can be applied to future orders or deny your complaint in its entirety.

If you are dissatisfied with any non-food or beverage Product you purchased. you may return the product within fifteen (15) days of the date you received your order by contacting info@sianscooking.com and following the shipping instructions we provide. All such returned Products must be unused and in their original packaging. After we receive your return, we will issue you a refund for the price you paid, less any applicable shipping and handling charges.
